Hi there, I’m Michael!
I am a certified nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition with over 15 years of experience in health and wellness. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a virtual nutrition and wellness coach, helping clients around the world create sustainable health practices.
I make nutrition practical, safe, and accessible for real people with real lives.
My background spans the restaurant industry, customer service, private practice, dietary supplement formulation, GMP compliance, and nutrition and health coaching.
I’ll share insights drawn from both my personal and professional journey, including my experience with ADHD, sobriety and recovery, dysthymia, and anxiety. I’ll also share lessons I’ve learned from helping thousands of individuals on their path to better health.
