Hi there, I’m Michael!

I am a certified nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition with over 15 years of experience in the health industry. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a virtual nutrition and wellness coach, helping clients around the world create sustainable health practices.

I make nutrition practical, safe, and accessible for people who want more than just getting by.

My background spans several years in the restaurant industry, private practice, dietary supplement formulation and compliance, and over fifteen years of nutrition and health coaching.

This site allows me to share insights from both my personal and professional journey, including my late-diagnosed inattentive ADHD, dysthymia and anxiety, as well as my life-changing path in sobriety and recovery. I’ll pass on lessons I’ve learned from helping thousands of individuals on their journey to better health.
