About Me
Hi there, I’m Michael!
Hello there! I am a certified nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition with over 15 years of experience in the health industry. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a virtual nutrition and wellness coach, helping clients around the world create sustainable health practices.
My background spans over fifteen years as a nutritionist and health coach, as well as several years in the restaurant industry, private practice, and dietary supplement formulation and compliance.
I want nutrition and physical activity to be practical, safe, and accessible for people who want more than just “getting by”. Who want to have the best chance of being healthy well into their senior years.
I want to share insights from both my personal and professional journey, including my late-diagnosed ADHD, dysthymia, and anxiety. As well as my transformational path in sobriety and recovery. I’ll pass on lessons I’ve learned from my personal life and from helping thousands of individuals on their journey to better health.
If you are a busy adult and find yourself lost in a sea of wellness information and unsure what to do next, you are not alone. I want to help you.
My approach is grounded in non-judgment, compassion, and integrative guidance tailored to your needs. Together, we will work to make nutrition and self-care accessible, sustainable, with less guilt and shame.
You will learn to see food not as a source of stress, but as a source of nourishment and enjoyment. Whether you are seeking a fresh start or simply need a reboot, I am here to help you take the first step toward positive change.
